I need to have a procedure to check my voice, and call many other facility, but were unkind, and either couldn’t or wouldn’t help. Until I called Texas ENT. They catered to me without hesitation. Had my appointment today, and they didn’t disappoint. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know!!!

PCP referred to Dr Christianson due a lifetime of allergies/sinusitis. He respected my aversion to prescription drugs (I've been through so many over a lifetime), and recommended an alternative that continues to be successful. I consulted again for relief early 2020 (during initial Covid-19 fiasco), for a non-Covid respiratory issue when you couldn't get in to see anyone. I remain grateful for his assistance.

Robyn Culpepper did a great job with my new hearing aids. Now I have to pretend that I can't hear my wife asking me to mow the lawn.

Was nervous about what would be going on with my ears, Dr White and his staff were friendly and professional and explained everything in detail. I left there having answers and knowledge of what is going on!

Dr. White performed sinus surgery early this year (2023). Before, during and after the surgery and recovery, he has been very thoughtful, courteous and professional. He explains everything and answers every question asked of him. And the big thing is I have never felt "rushed". I don't mind waiting in the waiting room knowing that a doctor will spend the time needed to assist their patients. Also, Dr Schmidt (formerly Horan) gets 5 stars from me! She also is very patient and takes the time to educate her patients in regard to hearing aids, hearing loss and the like. And she also does not "rush" a patient out the door. Extremely knowledgeable in the use and care of hearing aids, it is always a wonderful experience to be associated with this professional! And then my brand spanking new hearing aids "broke" and we were a week away from a trip to visit our son. Enter Tia Lackey! With her professional assistance, my hearing aids - with a fee I gladly paid - were sent to the manufacturer and were returned within 4 days instead of the normal 2 - 3 weeks! Now THIS speaks volumes to me! A BIG "ATTA GIRL" to Tia!! I am very happy to have been referred to this practice by my PCP and of course I will recommend them to everyone who is seeking an ENT and/or Audiologist! They are the best - bar none!
