Best optometry practice around. Every part of the experience is so pleasant, from the bright, clean office, to the friendly front desk staff and the timely appointment itself. Dr. Lamothe is incredibly kind and friendly, communicative, thorough, and listens well; a lifelong provider, for sure! Could not recommend more!

Dr. Lamothe is absolutely fantastic! It is my third time seeing him and each time he makes sure that you feel comfortable with your prescription and takes the time to answer any questions.

Dr. Lamothe is the best eye doctor I have ever had. He really cares about your overall heath and how it relates to your vision. His staff is also great. Love the office environment and great location just a block away from Metro.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lamothe for a few years and he (and his team) have been nothing but fantastic, and have really gone above and beyond. For instance I saw him for an eye issue days before I had to travel for thanksgiving (he got me in immediately) and not only did he fix my issue by prescribing the correct drops, but also gave me his cell number and told me not to hesitate to reach out (over thanksgiving when HE was traveling to see family) if anything else came up. More recently when I came in for an exam and to order contacts the front desk really helped me out by helping me avoid certain shipping issues I have been having due to USPS issues in my area. Feels safe and sanitized re COVID. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Lamothe is the BEST. He takes the time to explain what is going on with your eyes and answer your questions, but is also cognizant of the fact that people have to get back to work and doesn't just talk at you. Also, the man who helps you pick frames is a genius and knows exactly what will work with your face.

Dr. Lamothe is simply the most professional eye doctor I've had over the past 20 years seeing a different doctor almost every year. I've visited him twice now. He's polite, professional, informative, and sensitive to the unique needs I've had during both visits. He gives you the feeling that he truly values your concerns and provides expert consultation in return.
