I have been seeing Eli Wood, PA for 2 years at Westside Dermatology. She does my mole checks. She is amazing!! She is friendly and smart! I highly recommend her!

Informative, respectful and Dr. Marcus spent plenty of time with me. I feel like they give honest opinions, even suggesting against a costly cosmetic procedure that he felt would not work well for my age & skin type.

It was my first time for a dermatology appt. Front desk staff and Elizabeth Wood, PAC made my experience a pleasant one. Exceptional service and attention. Thank you!

They're behind a lot, but the staff is great. Knowledgeable and friendly, and willing to spend a little extra time, which may be why they're often behind.

I set up an appointment with Dr. Markus through my health care provider. I wanted to discuss all my options concerning psoriasis. I have had psoriasis for 30 plus years. Dr. Markus explained to me all my options and we decided to see if my health care coverage would cover TR injections. After reading all about TR I decided not to do it. I contacted the office via email and Dr. Markus responded back to me twice. He referred me to another facility that does light treatment. Why I'm giving Westside 5 stars is because Dr. Markus called me back twice and was very understanding of my decision. He referred me elsewhere and wished me the best. No doctor has ever done that to me. He gets 5 stars for excellent customer service and care. Thank you Dr. Markus.

Extremely nice people and very informative

I went to west side for IPL treatments.the receptionists, medical assistants and Dr. Marcus made the visit great. My rosacea has been one of my biggest insecurities so having a good experience on top of treating my insecurity was amazing!

I am so impressed with Dr. Markus at Westside Dermatology. I had been getting care from different dermatologist (not here) for a spot on my nose that wouldn't heal. I thought it's because I was wearing a mask 50+ hours a week and the rubbing made it difficult to heal. I went to Dr. Markus as a recommendation from my dentist, Dr. Garret Reed, who was concerned that it hadn't healed between cleanings. I'm so glad I did! He was able to take one look at it and recommend a biopsy. He said he'd be surprised if it wasn't basal cell, despite my young(er) age. Sure enough, it came back positive and I had surgery within a month at Polyclinic's MOHS surgery center. Really grateful for Dr. Markus. I'll be sending my mom and family here.

I met with Taj earlier this week. The front desk employees were super welcoming and friendly. Taj Rock was great at calming my nerves on a blemish on my face that I was checking on. She explained the situation and thankfully it was not cancerous. I would definitely go bac again!
