I have been going here for holistic healing for 5 years. I have chronic conditions that they have treated which allows me to live life with less pain and more mobility. All of the practioners are compassionate, empathetic, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend going here for your path to wellness.

Stephanie has been a complete life-changer! Adding acupuncture to my self care and wellness strategies in order to promote peace and manage anxiety has been...i have no words! I went monthly for my anxiety management as well as fertility. While I still am not pregnant, I do think acupuncture has helped me manage my stress level tremendously; which can eventually lead to a healthy baby someday. I am so sad that I am currently traveling for a while and can't see Stephanie on a monthly basis. She is truly on another level with her care. Her compassion as a provider as well as knowledge and intuition with her work is unmatched. Very thankful to have found her <3 <3 <3

I have been a patient at Opus Total health for over a year-and-a-half now. My acupuncturist, James, is kind, gentle and a great listener. He treats me based on the demands on my body. In addition, he takes the initiative to explore other strategies to facilitate my healing process. It's always a better day when I know I have a visit with James.
