Had to make a last minute appointment for IV fluids after being sick for a week. The place is SUPER CUTE, very clean and was impressed with the service. They got me in quickly and I was able to be in a reclining chair during the infusion and almost fell asleep. The nurse dimmed the lights for me and it was a very relaxing experience. Would 100% recommend if you’re not feeling well after a stomach bug, sickness or just feel dehydrated. I was well taken care of! Thank you so much for having this in Dayton - it was a God-send!

I love the convenience of nurse wellness. Everyone is always professional, kind and prompt. I wish they had more locations, I drove a hour yesterday because of everything they offer.

I have the pleasure of seeing Emily Hughes and have had the best experience with her at this clinic. It seems like everyone there is great and welcoming as well! Emily is always ready to listen to my concerns and problem areas and will address what is needed, etc to get my body working again. Definitely recommend this clinic!

Megan literally made my brows look better than they ever have. I knew she would do a good job but when she was done I could not believe they were actually mine. She made them look full and dark exactly the way I have always wanted them. Not having to use an eyebrow pencil or filler now! Amazing!

Next week is VBS so I stopped by to ask about the triple immunity shot. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind they told me the benefits and suggested adding B12. I agreed and they gave me the shot right away. I was surprised it didn't hurt at all. So glad to have this in Dayton

Everyone at the Nurse Wellness Collective were so friendly and professional. I knew that I wanted to try a weight loss shot but I had no knowledge of them at all. Emily sat with me and explained the different shots and cost. She was so easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable with her and talking about my health. If you are hesitant on the shots or even the cost, please try this lovely group of ladies and let them put you on the right track.
