After some research I decided to use Franklin Skin and Laser for the removal of an unwanted tattoo. I am 3 sessions in and I am very happy with the results so far! Christina, my laser specialist has been very understanding and reassuring thru this painful process, making sure that I am doing ok throughout the session. Franklin Skin and Laser is the Gold standard and Christina is highly recommended for all your laser needs!

Joule is far and away the most amazing person I could’ve had for my journey with laser hair removal. She knows exactly what I need even when I don’t and she always treats me with the same love and respect she must show to each and every one of her clients, something that’s not so easy to come by in my walk of life. There’s no world where I could have possibly gotten everything I needed done without her helping hand every step of the way! I've had the pleasure of working with Christina for my laser hair removal and I couldn't be more happy! Christina is incredibly gentle and caring, also extremely knowledgeable and honest about what works best for my specific hair and skin type. From the initial consultation, Christina took the time to understand my concerns and was super transparent on how many session i would most likely need. Her expertise and guidance have been invaluable, and I've seen amazing results from our sessions! Christina makes you feel seen, heard, and comfortable throughout the entire process.
