This was my first visit to TOA for my back after several years of off and on lower back pain. It was the first x-ray suggested by anyone. Dr. Burval explained the reason for my pain (arthritis) which can’t be fixed by surgery. He showed my x-tays and explained them to me. His nurse injected cortisone in my hip and R. Burval prescribed an anti-inflammatory. I am 100% satisfied.

Dr. Burval shook my hand and immediately put me at ease. He had reviewed my records before arrival and was understanding, professional, and knowledgeable. After a thorough exam, he presented several treatment possibilities, focusing on nonsurgical options (exactly what I hoped for). I’m confident Dr. Burval and his team will help me get my back issues corrected.
