DR. Kerlan is an excellent physician. He also is caring and takes time to value the patient. It's a great way to treat the whole person and not just the symptoms. I look forward to seeing him each time because I know I am in good hands.I was pleased to see that nurse Brittany was nice and good at drawing blood. Only Bert could do it for the longest without hurting me. Now I have two people to choose from.Just one negative: Would prefer the front reception desk not speak aloud my personal payment method. Before arriving today, I updated my info and included self-pay as I'm self-employed. I've been a patient with MMS many years and Lauren puts me on a monthly payment plan. Front desk instead relegated me to billing where I was told aloud I had to pay beforehand now. It was embarrassing and inaccurate. Lauren was not at her desk at the time. She and I get along well and I gave my payment on the plan to her as usual at the end of my appt.

Doctor Kerlan was so patient and listened to everything i had to say never cut me off or downplay any of my symptoms. He was very thorough and ask lots of questions regarding my condition. He was also really easy to talk to and made me feel I was in good hands. I can tell he as a ton of experience and still has that old school excellent bed side manners that stand out nowadays. My experience was excellent I couldn’t be happier with Dr Kerlan.

Dr. Kerlan and Wanda are the best!! Dr. Kerlan has an excellent bedside manner and takes his time with his patients. His awesome staff (especially Wanda) return calls quickly and even call to check on the patient. Couldn’t ask for a better group!
