Doctor Stein's nurse screens calls and seldom returns calls in urgent situations. I seldom ever call a doctor unless I am in need of care. She basically told me she screens calls on one appointment. That is not professional. I would fire her.unless she is instructed. She doesn't need to be a nurse.

I went to Dr. Stein for the first time this week. I was so happy to find a doctor that explains things well and actually listens. Every single person that I had any interaction with that works there were absolutely awesome! I would 100% recommend Dr. Stein!

Dr. Stein is the best. I knew when I found out Jill was his nurse, that he would be top notch and he is. He is very knowledgeable and will get to the bottom of your issue like no other doctor. He also comes to Dickson and everyone in this area loves Jill. She's very smart and knowledgeable of her job and made me feel at ease. I also had a friend who was treated for Hep C and said the exact same. Again, I can not say enough good things about him and his nurse.

Dr. Stein gave me the attention I wanted. I ask a lot of questions and he answered all of them without any hesitation. His kindness is apart from any other surgeon I've had experience with. I don't believe it would be too far-fetched to say that Dr. Ira Stein saved my life. About 20 years ago I was stricken with an uncommon liver disease, and he spearheaded a team that arrived at the diagnosis and saw me through treatment and followup. He is knowledgeable, pleasant, thorough, and straightforward. I look forward to my semi-annual follow-ups, and would recommend him without hesitation.
