Dr Foster has by far been the best chiropractor I have gone too! She is very informative, attentive, and overall makes me feel welcomed in her establishment. If anyone is looking for a chiropractor Dr Foster is my first and only recommendation.

Dr Ila is a tremendously gifted chiropractor… she is very attuned to the body and is able to modify her technique, strength and adjustments to fit the person. I have an overly sensitive body and had been struggling to find someone who would just barely press and touch my spine as even a light, normal pressure was way too much! Dr Ila went light on my first visit, which was still too strong for me, but from that point on she has adjusted me with such a delicate and light touch! I’m so grateful! But though the results didn’t surprise me, they surprised her a bit I believe! These tiny little touches brought my body into order and has kept it that way for over a year!!!!! My hip rarely goes out, my legs are even length and areas under stress maintain well!!! Though I would recommend Dr Ila without hesitation for anyone as I’ve seen her adjusting large men:)—I surely recommend her for anyone who has a body which is very sensitive and needs a chiropractor who is NOT one size fits all!!! She is absolutely the best! And she is matched in care, compassion and skill by Grace, her office manager, who handles all the intricacies of scheduling, communication and readying the facility. She is kind and gracious, and very helpful to each patient, in my case arranging shorter wait times due to my chemical sensitivities and even helping me with technology issues in my phone!!! Can’t recommend Graceful Hands enough….on a scale of 1-10, 100!!

The staff is exceptional, and the office space is both beautiful and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Dr. Foster demonstrates remarkable skill in her practice, and I am deeply appreciative of the care she provides.

Dr. Foster is the best! I can’t recommend her highly enough!! She is the best chiropractor I’ve even been to - an excellent listener, gentle, receptive, and a miracle worker for my neck! Wonderful office staff - Grace at the front desk - as well! I highly recommend Graceful Hands Chiropractic, especially if you’re nervous about seeing a chiropractor or have had a prior bad experience somewhere else.

Dr. Foster is amazing. She is so attentive and kind and gentle but so strong and great at what her craft is. She takes the time for me to understand what is happening and then has made me feel better than I have in a long time. By far one of the best decision to come here to be seen and cared for. Grace is always the sweetest and kindest person to chat with. The office and atmosphere make you comfortable and welcomed and I love it here!! Highly recommended for excellent care and a great atmosphere!
