I highly recommend Dr. Horn. I have suffered from dry eyes for years. Having experienced 2 separate prescriptions for new glasses that resulted in continued blurriness and as well an assessment that ruled out cataracts by my former doctor left me feeling helpless and bewildered. “Come back when your vision is no longer blurry and I’ll give you a new prescription” were the disappointing parting words. I followed up with visits to 3 other ophthalmologists all of whom recommended cataract surgery. Dr. Horn went beyond all others in helping me first address the dry eyes through various applications, one being effective drops to which no combination of over-the-counter drops and gels could compare in relieving my dry eyes. I am proceeding with cataract surgery with Dr. Horn. I am so thankful for his warm demeanor, his willingness to answer my questions with no hint of dismissiveness, his professionalism and above all for his proven and renowned skill as a doctor and surgeon. He is a God-send.

Now that I have had several weeks to evaluate the cataract surgery and the results on my 2nd (left) eye as well, I am able to again report excellent results. Dr. Horn truly is a master of his craft. His entire staff is amazing. It was a real pleasure to have dealt with them. All the staff were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable in their jobs.

I received Contoura Vision LASIK from Dr. Horn. Painless and fast. Scored 20/20 the next day and 20/15 after 1 week! Dr. Horn is involved from start to finish (pre-op, op, & post-op). The staff is awesome. Highly recommend!

Never a long wait to be seen, all staff are welcoming, friendly and communicate clearly. Dr. Horn thoroughly explains procedures, develops plans with you instead of for you and patiently answers any questions.

I recently had cataract surgery and opted for monovision...a somewhat unusual choice, and I am thrilled with the results! I am able to read and see at distance without glasses. I only wear glasses for the finest print now. I was anxious because I had radial keratotomy surgery years ago, and this makes calculating the power of the lens implant more complicated. Dr. Horn is very experienced with this type of issue, spent a lot of time talking to me, and dialed it in perfectly!!

I like the friendliness of his staff and the time Dr. Horn took to explain everything.
