I booked an introductory offer for new patients on Instagram. The process for follow up was smooth and they scheduled me really quickly. There was great communication ensuring that I had everything squared away before my appointment, reviewing paperwork insurance, etc. From the time that I walked in and was greeted by the front desk staff to my consultation with Dr. Gabe, and also meeting Dr. Max, exceeded my expectations. I am looking forward to my next appointment!! Great job to the team at Stronghold Health.

MY NECK AND BACK FEEL BETTER: but that's not the main point I've been coming in for almost a year and have no complaints. The front desk staff is great and they provide a welcoming experience every time. Dr. Zach and Dr. Max are equally as welcoming and I've noticed a genuine interest from both of them in regards to the needs of their patient, and as their patient, I find that pretty cool. They also both went to the University of Tennessee, so if you are a Vol, you should go there. Obviously? I had thought about going to a chiropractor for years and I'm glad I ended up here!

Suffering pain due to exercising, I visited Stronghold Health and received stellar service. Everyone was professional, courteous, and compassionate. My doctor was an active listener and answered all of my questions, taking notes along the way to ensure that he would render the best care possible and elaborating and gave examples for clarity. I left my appointment walking far better than when I arrived. I scheduled my next appointment and am looking forward to further treatment and working with Stronghold to improve my health.

All the doctors are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I struggle with lower back pain and with consistent treatments I am able to move around so much better. I highly recommend Stronghold Health for chiropractic care in the Nashville area.
