I had back pain, shoulder pain and knee pain. Stronghold Health has made me feel better and have taken away alot of the pain and I have alot better mobility.

I have been very pleased with being a member of Stronghold the staff were all awesome. I was experiencing low back pain and tightness off and on for several years prior to coming to Stronghold but after my treatment plan I have little to no pain or stiffness more flexibility and I’m able to participate more in an active lifestyle. I highly recommend Stronghold for anyone who’s experiencing any type of minor or major back issues.

Stronghold has been amazing for my back and neck issues. I've also become much better at 3-point shooting in my 30s than I was in my 20s - i'm pretty sure it's because the adjustments have increased my proprioception
