I have been working with Stronghold team for few months and can feel my posture, back pain, muscle spasms got improved. It’s always a pleasure to come to their office for adjustments and learning about spine strengthening exercises. They monitor patients’ progress by x-ray images, analyzing and explaining what they do and what needs an adjustment. I went in at 4:45 or so the staff was curious (thumbs-up) went to the back to where the Soft Wave Therapy Room. Took his time asking questions about my Neuropathy hurt here, pain levels in which was from a 7-8. The procedure started just on my knees and the pain levels were from 6-10+++ and he said about 3 days feel better. Wrong, within 12 hours I can feel a difference before it was difficult to squeeze my toes in and it's loosen up. I couldn't take my hand to my big toes and bend it them down without pain. I'm a believer, it feels this good in 12 hrs just how it will feel Friday or Saturday, I'm a believer thank you Stronghold.

There's never a wait and you can get in and out and be back to your office within 30 minutes. They can sometimes squeeze you in for a same day appointment if you wake up with neck pain, experience a slipped rib, or other urgent problem.
