List of Texas Orthopedics's Reviews
All the people that work there are so considerate and helpful. They take the time to listen to you.
Great! Always get the best care
The facility is always prompted in scheduling and meeting the needs of the patient. They are very flexible and provides electronic notes via a portal. This is most helpful when needed for I recall what the doctor was saying. Doctor Rodriguez specializes and is well rounded in his profession. He ROCKS!!
My first visit/consult went very well. Staff was very polite and efficient! I was in/out in 1.5 hrs which included X-rays. Very professional!
all the staff a very pleasant and polite especially my doctor Makai that gives my injections to me she's wonderful and her staff is thank you for help trying to help make me well
Have had only 2 visits so far but they were at friendly and helpful.
Everything went really smooth and what impressed me the most was that X-rays were done at the same place which made it very convenient.
I have worked with Texas Orthopedics for eight years since my knee was diagnosed with arthritis. Dr. García and his staff have taken great care of me. The process of going from cortisone shots, to longer lasting shots, and finally to knee replacement has been with my comfort in mind. I would recommend Dr. García and his staff to anyone suffering from knee pain. I’m three weeks out from my surgery and my range of motion is fantastic. I no longer limp. My stride is comfortable. Each day I make progress on recovery while the pain diminishes more and more every day. This surgery has been so successful I would recommend Dr. García and his team to anyone that seriously is ready to walk again without pain. I wish I had done this sooner now.
Staff is very polite courteous helpful and friendly!!!
Avoid Texas Orthopedics. I'm a prior patient and 8 years ago when I needed surgery and follow-up, the care was great. Fast forward to today and the entire practice has changed for the worse. I had a knee issue come up and needed to get seen/evaluated. I logged in, scheduled an appointment online (with a new doctor for a new problem), and completed the medical history questionnaire. Fast forward to today: I show up, check in, and am informed that they need me to fill out more paperwork, including medical history. I mention that I did my history online and get a blank stare, and a repeated assertion. Fine. Give me the paperwork. "Where can I send the link?" You don't have paper forms I can use? "No."I'm in a medical office and all I have is my phone. There's a reason I did the online history. There's a reason I don't want to sit, squint and answer the same questions again on a tiny mobile device... it's a horrible experience for me as a patient. It's clear their policies are meant to benefit their staff and disregard their patients. That's sad, and it's not how they used to be.I left. I looked at other nearby practices and was able to book an appointment as a new patient within 24 hours, so I'll still get care.Where I spend my money is a choice. When a business communicates to me that they don't want my money, I listen. Texas Ortho spoke loud and clear.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
