Well informed in giving me answers which I did not understand. Very polite , very much People person. They have all made me feel like a “person”. I am happy to be here.

Absolutely amazing staff and dr. Martinez is one of the best doctors I have ever met in my life. Not only does his staff make you feel comfortable in every step dr. Martinez goes out of his way to ensure that you feel heard and you are part of the decision-making of your treatment. I have seen a lot of doctors and you have some that have their heads inside of a computer or their really too busy to take one question from you and dr. Martinez stops everything for each individual patient this office is kind, caring, and supportive I recommend Way Out West Spine & Mobility to anybody and everybody that I speak to if you like a doctor's office that makes you feel care for, heard, and best of all a part of the plan to help you get better this is the office for you.

The team at way out west spine and mobility operates like a well oiled machine with the focus being you. They are courteous, professional and they care about your well being. I started having back pain 10yrs ago and have gone to multiple doctors. I’d been on pain pills off and on but never got consistent pain relief. I was referred to Dr Martinez to come off the pain pills and try to find a better answer. He really took the time to listen to me and work with me. We came off the pain pills and he recommended a procedure and now I feel like a new person. I’m hopeful I can start jogging again and get off the weight I gained these last years...

I’ve known and been seeing Dr. Martinez for many years. He is always informative and genuinely interested in my well-being. I would recommend anybody who wanted up-to-date medical care to come here.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Martinez and his staff. He's extremely professional, and has given me my life back, once again. His staff is phenomenal, efficient, and professional. I've been struggling with back pain for close to 30 years (Marine Corps injury) and getting relief was a priority. I booked an appointment with Dr. Martinez, and he was able to get me into surgery for injections and nerve blocks quite quickly. The relief was incredible. I felt like I could even go play golf, which I didn't, but I felt that good. It was a relief I'd not felt in many years. For those that have severe back pain, you know what I'm talking about. I'm praying that the relief will last a while, as I know this is not a permanent fix. However, it has been 3 months and the pain has subsided substantially. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Martinez if you are truly looking for relief. I feel that Dr. Martinez keeps up new practices and procedures that older doctors rarely seek out. This is one reason I sought out a younger more cutting edge doctor. BTW, If you are looking for a "pill mill" doctor, he's not for you. He likes to get to the "root" of the problem and do his best to resolve the issue. Way to go Doc, I really appreciate your help!

Where do I start? if I was able to give this place 10 stars I would definitely do that. I own a business and been in the customer service industry for over 30 years and is rarely that I'm impressed with places like this. I'll start with Ryn at the front desk, usually I'm pretty good at reading people and recognizing when someone is giving BS (excuse my language) to earn my business or anything else. But with Ryn I felt very welcome and I can sense that she truly cares about her patients when they come in and she goes above and beyond to help them out in any way she can. Thank you Ryn, you are awesome! Now before coming to this place, I had some not so good experiences with other pain doctors, I being in pain for at least 3 to 4 weeks and I felt like no one cared about my situation which it was pretty bad. But then I received a call from Haley and she assured me that I was going to be taking care of, and I'm so glad I answered that call. She was able to accommodate me next day. Haley, seeing you work and seeing how much effort you put into it and showing how much you truly care about my pain makes me feel more comfortable knowing that I'm in good hands. I thank you for that, You are awesome!! Amanda, you went above and beyond to get me in there when I needed the most, you showed me that you truly care about your patients and you always make sure to answer that call to provide with information whe i was in stress. Im truly grateful for that. You are awesome. Finally I got the opportunity to meet with Dr. Martinez, and to be honest I thought he was 25 years old. So I got a little worried, but after asking his age, he said he was close to 60 years old, then I felt better. (Just kidding) close to 40. When I arrive to this place, I was just looking for anything to ease my pain, but Dr. Martinez, was able to get me into surgery for injections and the relief was incredible. So if you are looking for just a doctor that will subscribe strong pain relievers then Dr. Martinez is not the doctor for you. He gets to the point and tells you the problem and does whatever it takes to fix it. Thank you Dr. Mike Martinez for all you done for me and for helping me with my pain. I will highly recommend you and your staff to anyone. You got an amazing team and that is only a reflection on you and how you care for your patients. Dr. Martinez and his staff are exceptional!! In dealing with back pain for the past 25 yrs, I've been in and out of physical therapy, and on and off various medications. It wasn't until being referred to Dr. Martinez, was I able to obtain alternative solutions. I am under the care of two surgeons, who have differing opinions as to the overall solution. Dr. Martinez has been a breath of fresh air, providing much needed education and expertise. Dr. Martinez is one of a kind, and I feel blessed to have been referred to him. The staff is nothing short of being phenomenal, and always going above and beyond what is expected. I've never encountered a staff that really made me feel part of their family. It's that personal touch, not seen in today's practices. I highly recommend Dr. Martinez and his staff for their exceptional care! Do yourself a favor, and give them a call today! Arriving for what I thought was my scheduled appointment time, I learned I was actually a day late. My appointment had been the previous day. I was quickly reassured that all was good. They had just wrapped up all the procedures for the day but they didn't hesitate to see me. Aramanda, Hailey and Dr. Martinez were all genuinely ready to help. Even when it meant using the already cleaned procedure room. Every visit at Way Out West has been one where I have been made to feel as if I am their only patient. From the minute you walk in the door, Ryn is there to greet you to the time Dr. Martinez takes in answering all my questions(and I have lots of questions), I would highly recommend Way Out West Spine + Mobility. As Dr. Martinez says, I want to get you to the point where you don't need to see me. Meaning pain free and happy. And I may add that the office environment is one that isn't stiff or sterol feeling. It is very welcoming and comfortable. Sometimes the little things make a big difference too. I appreciate the efforts of everyone at Way Out West in helping me find answers to the why behind my pain. They genuinely do care and it shows.
