For someone who does not like to go see any doctors, my experience with Dr. Scott and Associates was amazing. Staff was professional and courteous, office was clean, organized and attentive. Best experience overall and will definitely recommend to all those people seeking to see life in a whole new way.

Today I had a huge problem where I was only with 1 of my contacts since the other one I had accidentally dropped it and damaged it and I didn’t even have my glasses to have helped which was frustrating, and I was panicking thinking what to do especially since I can’t see far and I had to work the next day. So I called in around 4:17 to ask if they can accept me as a walk in and they did disclose they do appointments only I told them my issue and they were able to put me down for the next and only available one at 4:45 so I quickly took off. I was having issues finding the store I called the staff there and they were wonderful to guide me to locate their store in the mall. Even as I walked in they all greeted me with a smile, amazing customer service they were so very helpful and wonderful! They were even helpful in getting my paperwork ready with my insurance information so it can be ready for when I arrived. Even the eye exam with the female Dr was an amazing experience, very welcoming, informative, friendly, and she went out of her way understanding my situation and helped me out!! I can’t thank them enough for all their assistance and experience!! I will continue to highly recommend them to anyone the experience overall was just wonderful!!
