I don’t usually write reviews, but the service I received was INCREDIBLE! Everyone in the building went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and safe. Their cleanliness is amazing! It’s nice to see everyone caring about everyone’s well being ❤️ Alda was incredibly patient with my daughter and Gigi was so understanding and caring with my daughter. Honestly I will come back here for myself, my daughter, and recommending to anyone who asks. Thank you for a pleasant visit 🤗

Every time I have had an appointment at Optical Illusions, I have enjoyed visiting with Tina, Irene ,Mari, and Crystal. They are doing an excellent job of making us feel welcome. Always polite and very friendly. Rescheduling appointments or speaking to a tech. On certain questions that need answers . Mari is very helpful and so is Irene and Tina , well Tina was very patient with me in trying to choose eyeglass frames. Boy did we go through several frames! Always with a smile on her face , until we finally found the perfect frames! Dr. Alvarado goes above and beyond to get her patients the best eye care ever!! 🌺

The staff is amazing and understanding of my needs and wants. Stephanie help me with any questions that I had and help me understand what the exam is gonna be like. I will definitely stay and keep coming back. Definitely recommend optical illusion. P.s I have never felt more comfortable with a doctor and the office as I do here...that's says a lot about their customer service. Thank you again for all of the help.
