I had a great first appointment and feel we can really target areas of concern over the next couple appointments. I like the flexibility and ability to schedule at work.
I found Rachel Bland, a nutrionist, at JTAWelnnes to be really helpful. I have had celiac disease since I was a child. Lately, I have had ongoing issues with my celiac and now acid reflux disease. Rachel's advice for eating healthier has been really helpful. Thank you, JTA Wellness
I waited for years to seek out a nutritionist because I wasn’t convinced it would help. I am glad I reached out and started seeing Jerrica. Jerrica explained how to combine foods and incorporate more items into my diet to optimize weight loss and control my type 2 diabetes.
Chelsea Marquez is a great dietician! She and I had detailed discussions over eating habits and how to change them. Healthie is a great app for posting food too.

The plan counting calories is working having lost an average of 1 pound a week. The plan is very easy to follow and record on the application. Ms. Flores is very encouraging for me to meet the desired weigh lost.
I rarely leave reviews, but this was such an amazing experience I felt it necessary to share these details, to hopefully help parents or people struggling with a nutrition based wellness concern. Our appointment with Jerrica was scheduled for my daughter. My daughter is a pre-teen who has struggled to have a healthy relationship with food. Food is yummy, and she has consistently over-consumed, resulting in carrying a few extra pounds. Jerrica’s delivery was wonderfully warm and open, and not punitive in any way. She educated both my daughter and I about how our bodies interact with different food types to deliver the target blood sugar levels, and the consequences of having a blood sugar level that is too high, or too low. She spoke with us about how having a healthy relationship with food allows us to enjoy the foods we like, without resulting in an unhealthy result. She was warm and friendly, and brought my daughter (a natural introvert) out of her shell, and got her talking about things in a collaborative way. Jerrica was amazing, and the message was a welcome approach. Not a pill-popping solution. Science, Nutrician & a delightful caring approach. I only wish I could give her 6 stars.
I’ve been recommending JTA Wellness and specifically my nutritionist to EVERYONE after my first appointment with Nour. After just that initial meeting did I transform my relationship with food into a positive one that has helped to improve my overall health journey. The app is very easy to use, manage, and track my progress. The staff is also quick to respond whenever I have questions and great about appt reminders and following up. I love that their website also has free recipes tailored to the dietary needs I’m following. The option to meet virtually is also really helpful for my busy schedule and the anxiety I initially felt when I first started! 10/10 would highly recommend
Love JTA Wellness! I began working with Chelsea over a year ago when some lab work showed that I had high cholesterol among some other high numbers. I didn't know where to start and got lost on google. I gave JTA Wellness a call and was so happy I did. From the first appointment I had clear information and a helpful guide along the way. Every appointment I received answers to any questions I had as well as encouragement. I've learned so much along the way about my health and the food I eat.
