Dr. Ryland, Dr. Kumar are very knowledgeable pediatrician! I always call the office for questions or any recommendations. They are all fantastic.

We love Dr. Ryland! She has seen all 4 of my children for years. This is a great practice that is small enough to know the children and the parents by name. Yet they are big enough to get same day appointments. Dr. Ryland and her staff has guided us through common sickness as well as help us through more complicated illness. They have helped navigate through asthma, allergies, concussions, and kept the shots up to date. I trust Dr. Ryland and her staff with my children's health! I am very grateful we found such a caring and knowledgeable pediatrician!

Took my son today for his 18 month appointment, we love the staff but i decided to write a review after a year and a half of going here because of their newest doctor, Dr. Kumar! We absolutely LOVED her! She’s so sweet, and got right on my sons level and he was smitten with her immediately. The doctors at this practice are seriously top notch, they truly love what they do!

Staff are super friendly doctor Kumar answered all my questions and clear my concerns! I like their flexibility that they can fit me in appointments that fit my schedules and they are not too big so I can get personalized attention.

The staff at Pediatric Partnership is lovely. We have been at this practice since 2010 and have felt safe and genuinely cared for. The administrative staff, nurses and physicians are top notch. Dr Ryland is a gem!

Dr ryland is every reason why we come to pediatric partnership she cares for her patience she is true she is loyal and we are lucky enough that God has blessed us with her in our life the firm is a great firm but Dr ryland is one in a million

We have been patients of Dr. Ryland for about 16 years. My daughter who is 18 now was seeing another pediatrician in the Richmond area. She became sick and I took her to the doctor and they said she was ok. I was taking her to daycare the next day and she became sick again along with a nose bleed, so we ended up at my work and the doctor gave her an antibiotic and referred us to Dr. Ryland. Before we were able to see Dr. Ryland my daughter ended up in the ER. Once we were able to see Dr. Ryland she figured out what was going on with my daughter. She had Reactivate Airway Disease. She was treated and we have been seeing her every since. My other daughter who will be 15 in a month has been seeing her since she was born and absolutely loves Dr. Ryland. She is a great pediatrician and if you are looking for a pediatrician I highly recommend her.

My now 7yo daughter has been with Dr. Jill Ryland since the day she was born. They are accommodating for sick babies, and are very comprehensive with exams. I always feel heard if I have concerns and I have been to other Doctors and NPs at the practice and they are all fantastic. Highly recommend!:)
