Such a great team of professional, kind, caring therapists. The center has been so helpful, so glad I found it.

The owner of this practice, Ms. Elayne Smith, is amazing. She bent over backwards to accommodate our needs in a very complex situation. She was not our therapist but helped us get connected with resources and information from the first time we called. Very responsive to every contact. Prior to that we had been bounced around several other practices and therapists, waiting lists, insurance problems, not calling us back, saying they could help when they could not, not knowing what they were doing. We were desperate and stressed out and finding this place was a true blessing. Our therapists were also amazing, they knew exactly how to help us and were excellent at their craft. They treat you like a person and yet also very professional. Recommended them to friends and neighbors who also love them.

Our counselor was great (even though she was still in training!. The proprietor, Ms. Smith, really cares about her customers. You get real value for what you pay for-- we received excellent therapy over a year period and it was well worth the cost. Plan ahead if you intend on filing an "out of network" insurance claim. Tricare Humana-East may not approve claims for resident therapists in training that are not credentialed. The Center will provide you an intake form that explains this clearly if you are to be seen by a therapist in residence.

I am a teacher and a Mom with three children under 12. We decided to go to therapy as a family following a military relocation, loss of a beloved grandparent, and difficulties settling in and making friends at their new schools. Our therapist was highly skilled at working with each child at their age-level and with us as parents. Our kids felt very supported and we saw a difference in how they coped with their emotions and their behavior pretty early on. We learned how to support each child better, spot emotional overwhelm much more quickly, and communicate with them in ways that each child needed. I wish we had found them earlier, our family life is more calm and predictable and we are finally on the same page as parents with different styles. If your child needs therapy, I think they are very good at what they do.

Genuinely good, caring people working here. Utilizing their services and have never been disappointed. The group works as a team and are amazing.

Excellent Couples Counselor. We worked on communication issues and trust. Very proactive in session, left us feeling like they really cared about our relationship. We have 'yours, mine and ours' children and the stakes were high. We feel very confident in a our new skills and would recommend to anyone. We have the option to go back if we need any more help.

These people are amazing, completely changed my life. I recommend them to everyone I know. I’m now going to school to become a counselor because they inspired me so much.
