Benjamin Hsu does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
In the screening on my first visit, Dr. Hsu's assistant alerted the doctor to a possible melanoma on my face, which he confirmed. This after my former dermatologist in Seattle had overlooked it for at least two years. Needless to say I couldn't be happier with Dr. Hsu and his staff, and I'm pleased to still be here to say so.
Dr Hsu literally saved my life in 1996 when I was diagnosed with malignant melanoma. He completely changed my perspective about health and skincare, and provided me with the tools and knowledge to heal my cancer, and to make sure I took appropriate action if I encountered certain symptoms in the future. 20 years later, I remain very healthy and cancer-free. I highly recommend him.
I would not recommend this office/ provider under any circumstances. My daughter was seen for a small mole by her mouth. I was surprised to see that instead of scheduling a proper removal, the ARNP came in with a curved razor blade and proceeded to cut into my daughters face. It's impossible to express how horrified I was. I couldn't speak, I wanted to scream. Of course the mole was removed and in its place an ugly red scar. Insult to injury didn't collect copay, put in collection. Uncaring!!
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
