I first visited Spectrum when I was having an unknown contact allergy that was resulting in larger issues. I chose here at a whim as they were able to see me right away and ever since my first appointment, I won't go anywhere else! Dr. Zook was patient and empathetic as I was struggling with an unknown allergy, and after multiple appointments, we finally found the best treatment for me. Since then, I have gone back for Botox injections and PRP treatment with Dr. Annie. Not only am I so happy with my treatments, I love working with Dr. Annie. She is kind, amazing at answering my questions and concerns. After a bad fall that left a large (3 inch)scar on my forehead, I couldn't move half of my forehead, leaving me looking a little lopsided. Dr. Annie was able to skillfully inject botox to help me look evened out. I thought there wasn't any treatment for the new large scar on my face (without going under a knife!) But Dr. Annie was able to educate me on Platelet Rich Plasma treatment that is an innovative way to reduce scarring. The office staff here are incredible. I am always greeted with a smile, and they make scheduling appointments a breeze. The waiting room is calming and comfortable, but I am never in there long as I am seen promptly. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Spectrum to anyone in search of a dermatologist.

I've been going here since I moved to Seattle and I love this place! I see Dr. Zook for dermatology and Annie for botox. I actually followed Annie from her previous job because of how great she is. I saw Annie for my very first time getting Botox; I was scheduled with her by chance. She talked with me for 45 minutes explaining exactly what it was, how it worked, and answered the millions of questions I had. When I returned home after my appointment, I told my boyfriend Annie was the best part. Every time I see her, it's like I'm visiting with a friend. She remembers my birthday, how my job is going, what breeds my dogs are and even their names. It's so obvious how much care she puts into what she does and how invested she is in her patients. Besides her unmatched bedside manner, I LOVED the results. My face was smooth but not frozen. I fully trust her expertise, her suggestions on what does and doesn't work for my face, and I enjoy her company!! :)
