I had difficulty with my bottom jaw bone continuing to grow and my retainer didn’t fit. Even during the pandemic I was able to get a replacement. I did have trouble getting a good impression but customer service was great at helping push part of my order through while we waited on the part I was having trouble with. I love that they’ve reminded me I should reorder or have to make new impressions! They’ve again reminded me to reorder and I love that. Taking advantage of being able to order a different product and getting 3D scans for life. I will say pay attention to reorder dates. I might have been able to take advantage of Black Friday sales and save a little if I had but obviously not a big enough deal to stop me from reordering with the %off that was offered.
