My friend who is an elderly went to this clinic. The people there are wonderful. My friend is very happy with the new device. She said that the device helped her being more herself. She would recommend other elderly friends who have a need to get examined at this clinic.

Today we go back to Sonus to pick up the hearing aid case, we receive a sincere apology and very professional service, I understand it was an unintended mistake and they are willing to make it better. 5 star for today's service! my previous review is here-- Horrible service! I ordered hearing aid from them, when pickup time is approaching, front desk called and said one part is missing and they can not deliver, so they have to reschedule my pickup appointment, no problem I tooke it, nobody called me for any change later and I go to pick up at the new appointment time, they let me wait at least 30 min. then told me the missing part is still not arrived!! I can not belive that, very bad experience and horrible customer service! I am just wondering how they do the management for the workflow!

Although I moved to Long Beach, CA from Irvine about 15 years ago, I return regularly for the really great service that I receive there. I was so overwhelmed when I first began wearing hearing aids, but Liz Tucker was so patient as she helped me adjust to all the new sounds - traffic noise, chirping birds, etc. Recently, I purchased the absolutely best hearing aids that I have ever had! They are really high tech, but easy to use -Phonak Audeo Q ! There is no noisy feedback when I hug someone or use the phone. ! I love them!

First time visiting and was happy that appointment scheduling was accurate. Friendly and professional staff and important nowadays was that there was regular attention to wiping down surfaces, etc. Overall, very organized and I would recommend their services to friends.

Andy is super helpful and patience with the services! My dad had many questions regarding his new hearing aids and wanna learn how to set up on phone app, Andy has been extremely patient and answered all the questions we had, as well as checking all the details for the hearing aids. Now the hearing aid is cleaned, updated and my dad is happy!
