Lauren Barnes's Online Review Report Card

Flu season is back so of course I got sick. Finding a health center that doesn't charge an obscene amount of money to be seen is always a struggle. It was the closest, same - day appointment center I found on Yelp. They take several types of insurance, including mine which only charged a $10 copay. They even have their own app where you fill out your symptoms and payment information right away. Once I arrived, all I had to is just checking in with my receptionist and I am able to see my doctor right away. I heard that you are one of the best doctor in Long Beach, I hope that I can see you as one of your patients. Sincerely, Tracy

Dr. Barnes has a manner that is filled with both confidence and compassion. She takes the time to explain everything, and will not leave until she is confident all my questions are answered and I feel good at the next steps in my treatment. I was hospitalized last year for about 2 months, and she took time out of her busy schedule to stop by my room and check up on me several times a week! I've never had another doctor take that kind of time and effort even when she was not my doctor of record! I have been lucky enough to be a patient of hers for several years now, and I can't imagine seeing anyone else.

Dr. Barnes is very compassionate, caring, and understanding. She isn't in a rush to kick you out of the office. Instead, she listens to you and takes her time to make sure your questions or concerns are answered. She goes above and beyond every time and makes me feel like a friend, which in turn makes me feel like I'm in good hands. I would recommend her to anyone any day.

Dr. Barnes is one of the best doctors, she is professional, responsive to your emails, test results timely. She is helpful when you need her and explains your concerns clearly.

Dr. Lauren is a listener...not many MD's share that quality. She is compassionate, and gives straight forward, "understandable" answers. I feel fortunate to be an impatient patient in her practice.
