DR Cuozzo treats my whole family. He and Melissa have been wonderful. They are QUICK, patient, reliable, safe, gentle, thorough and trustworthy, I just had a cancer removed from my face, I am Irish w pale skin and go for regular annual screenings. Melissa found a place I wasn't even worried about and biopsied it and it was cancerous. Thankful for her keen eye. Been a patient of the practice for several years.
The front office was very nice and they had a new check in with an iPad that was quick and easy for a new patient. Dr. Couzzo was friendly as was his assistant and I didn't need to wait long for them.
Great Doctor. Great with Kids. Great Dermatologist.
He is a caring, knowledgeable and thorough dermatologist. One of the best doctors you’ll find!
Dr. Cuozzo was courteous and professional. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a Dermatologist in the Lewes or Rehoboth Beach area.
I’m not particularly fond of Beebe myself, but Dr. Cuozzo is a very thorough, kind, and professional practitioner. He has had a waiting list for years and I think it’s important to point out that it is not his fault that there is a genuine shortage of dermatologists in the area. Before he arrived in Lewes, I was driving to Longneck from Milford. It might be a better idea to get another referral from Beebe rather than bash a doctor you have never met.
We moved to the area a few years ago, and my teenager developed two small warts on his nose just a few months into the school year. Even though my then-15 yo son was a new patient, Dr. Cuozzo and his staff worked with us to fit my son in for a late afternoon/after-school appt within 48 hours, as they understood how embarrassing this could be at a new high school. Flash forward to recently, when I was overdue for a routine skin scan for melanoma after leaving the DC area where I'd had scans every 2-3 years. In addition to the scan, I asked Dr. Cuozzo about a chronic condition I had on two of my toes, something a series of supposedly "top-notch" derms in the DC area (Chevy Chase, MD) had been unable to treat or to address very well. Dr. Cuozzo prescribed a cream as well as some specific moisturizing tips, which are already working. He also had some excellent suggestions for me, as I am the chief dishwasher/cook/cleaner in our household, and prone to ezcema on some areas of my body. So impressed by this dermatologist. Recommend Dr. Cuozzo to anyone. There's a reason his calendar is fully-booked. Call in advance, preferably at least 2 months out. Another plus -- his administrative staff is very professional. They handle insurance submission and co-pays accurately, and in a friendly manner. The nurse practitioner/physician's assistant who initially saw me in the consult room was extremely professional, warm and engaging, but she just took down notes, and didn't do any diagnosis. Dr. Cuozzo handled everything requiring medical background himself. So happy to have found a derm. My husband is now scheduling his own overdue skin scan.
Knows what he is doing, careful not to make a monster if he has to do something on your face. Very thoughtful and considerate. Checks you out for things that aren't right. Takes his time and does neat incisiions.
Went to the emergency room at Bebee Hospital and they gave me a referral for DO Daniel Cuozzo for a serious skin disorder that could be considered highly contagious however they would only say that they were not accepting appointments. When I called the Bebee Emegency department back per their release notes they also called this provider and called me back to tell me that I was right and they will not accept any new patients and I was on my own to find a dermatologist somewhere else. I hope they run you out of lower Delaware and I’ll make sure to let everyone I know how much Bebee Healthcare service stinks. PS. If I could give you no stars it would be more appropriate since I don’t know how you can rate no service or service that you just can’t seem to get.
Horrible waste of time and stress and money; asking to have insurance refunded,

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
