I’m completing my first year of remote training and will be renewing for a second year. I’ve worked with 2 great coaches that have been able to structure personal programs to help me with neck, lower back and hip flexibility that had been significantly restricting my golf swing. An added bonus is the improved ability to turn and see better when backing up while driving my car!! I think the continuous accountability is probably the most important factor in my success. Zoom meetings with Lane each week allows us to re-evaluate and modify the next week’s routines to keep them fresh and relevant. I was at a point where I was willing to commit the time to follow the exercises, and the program has made remarkable improvements in my physical well being.
I was referred to P4S by my family physician for golf related back pain. After working with Aanand for the last couple of months I’m now playing pain-free and the work we have done on my swing has me hitting the ball more solidly while also preventing re-injury to my back.
25 years after golfing in college, I figured it would try to get back in shape with P4S. After only a few weeks, I can certainly feel the difference in my mobility and strength. Already have gained a few a MPH in swing speed. Looking forward to what can happen over the next 48 weeks!
Good directions
3 weeks into the program and I’m really enjoying the process. My coach, Matt, is great. Available all the time to answer questions and is able to make changes to my program as I need. Starting with mobility and the exercises are nothing like I could have identified myself. It’s early days but my hips are feeling a little loser already!
I’ve only been following my program for a few weeks but so far so good. The personal touch is brilliant and helps with motivation.
I have been working with Coach Jacob at P4S Golf Fitness for about a month, and I am really starting to see a change in both my overall fitness levels and my approach to golf. Their model of golf performance is backed by the scientific method, the data from tens of thousands of golfers, and similar experience in similar (short-duration power and speed based) sports. In a nutshell, virtually everyone starts with the fundamentals of joint stability and mobility, followed by general athletic strength & power, then on to (golf swing) efficiency / dynamics, and finally actual golf performance (such as driver head speed, swing consistency, etc.). Just as in life, there are no easy fixes in golf, but P4S Golf is able to deliver clear fitness and golf performance improvement in the most efficient, effective, and long-lasting way!
I just started with Coach Andrew. Although he is in a different time zone we have been able to get mutually agreeable meeting times. His guidance has been helpful. The videos are sometimes confusing (where exactly do I put that darn lax ball) and he has been able to help me find the right spots. If you have questions use the comments section. I am looking forward to the journey and already know it will make me better. Kassidy has also been great helping with the administrative side. I am a senior golfer and recommend this to other seniors out there looking for help.
Have had positive results in a short period of time. A well thought out process that has loads of data to support it.
So far so good, lots of contact with trainer and team even for remote program. Is early bit can see where focused program will definitely help free up my hips and back for the golf swing

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
