Best orthodontist in Great Neck.

Sometimes the most important part of your medical experience is the bedside manner of the professionals. Dr. Doug has been an all-star with my younger son, who was extremely apprehensive and even angry about receiving orthodontic treatment. Dr. Doug did not rush my son; he gave him time, he encouraged him, and always maintained a gentle sense of humor while doing so. I think he relates so well to such a wide array of patients, including the difficult ones like mine! I was also so incredibly touched by his assistant, Ms. Bruna, who exhibited an astronomical amount of patience and encouragement. She pulled out all the stops to show my son exactly what would happen when he got his palate expander put in, and walked him through each step so professionally. I'm very grateful to Dr. Doug and his team.

Dr. Doug is the best !! After having a bad experience with braces in the past, I was hesitant to start my Invisalign treatment. Dr. Doug made me feel very comfortable and confident in his ability to help fix my smile. The entire staff is super kind, friendly, and educated. I am so happy with my smile now thanks to Dr. Doug and his amazing team :)

100/100!!! HIGLY RECOMMENDED! Dr.Dough and his team are what you call true professionals! They are incredibly talented at what they do and go above and beyond. I recently graduated from Invisalign and couldn't be happier with the results! It was an incredible journey. And their office is beyond sanitary and beautiful. You will not regret!

Having teeth straightened has been on my mind since I was a teenager. I was not able to find an orthodontist that understands my concern until I met Dr. Ellis! Dr. Ellis is incredibly knowledgeable, caring and patient. Dr. Ellis is a perfectionist for her work. I started the process a few weeks ago and so impressed with Dr. Ellis’s attention to the smallest details. In addition, the clinic is always clean and has big windows full of natural light. Staff is always friendly. There is very little wait time. Thank you Dr. Ellis and all staffs! I really appreciated! I highly recommend Great Neck Orthodontics to anyone in need of orthodontic care.

Having teeth straightened had been on my mind since I was a teenager. Finally it’s Dr. Ellis who reassured me that my teeth can still be straightened at my age, and will look much better after. Now indeed, after two years of treatment, my teeth are straighter, and I smile a lot more. Thank you Dr. Ellis for your skills, knowledge and attention to detail. A few years ago Dr. Ellis and Dr. Palaganas did an equally wonderful job with my kids’ teeth. In addition, the clinic is always clean and has big windows full of natural light. Staff is always friendly. There is very little wait time. I highly recommend Great Neck Orthodontics to anyone in need of orthodontic care.

* I did not go through treatment with Dr.Palaganas* I was nervous showing up to the appointment but Dr.Palaganas was not only welcoming but very professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable and confident in his care, The only reasoning I did not pursue his care was because my dental case is complex and the next step in care was consulting a separate surgeon who is not affiliated with this doctor. From only meeting him once I would recommend this Doctor over any dentist I have ever seen
