I sat in UPMC East’s emergency room for over 5 hours last Saturday. All they did was take my vitals and send me back to the waiting area. I got so frustrated that I left, and had a prescription for antibiotics called in by a family doctor. Last night I woke up in severe unmanageable pain, so I visited AHN Brentwood this morning. I was done with paperwork, had my vitals taken, and was in a room within 15 minutes. Everyone from the intake concierges to the nurses and doctors were extremely kind. The doctor wrote me a script for stronger antibiotics and something to help manage my pain, and sent me on my way. I was there for maybe one hour in total? Definitely faster than any ER or Med Express I ever visited; they were quicker than my PCP’s office to be honest. You can tell the staff works together as a team, communicates well, and enjoys the work they do. I never had such an easy, efficient, and pleasant hospital experience. 10/10, highly recommend!!

I would like to thank each and every employee at this hospital for being there for me through probably the most difficult time of my life, I was admitted the evening of feb 6th 2021 around 630 pm for alcoholism and anxiety, from the front desk admissions to the emergency care doctors and nurse practitioners and staff that comforted me and took me in and totally understood what I was going through made me feel very comfortable, and all through the night made my nightmare that much easier, every nurses that attended to me made sure I was comfortable and reassured me that I will get through this! I have to say that I am so grateful to have such wonderful people that do care about there patients like they did, I will never forget you and I apologize for not remembering all your names, because I would of mentioned your names here if I knew them, but each and every one of you were absolutely great.I promised my self on the way home that I will stay clean of alcohol for my well being and because you were there for me and you all deserve the best! Great place. My situation was what some would call embarrassing. The doctor snd the nurse, especially, couldn’t have treated me anymore than a friend. Her compassion has me in tears.

Family member came in for an X-ray. The staff was amazingly polite and caring.

I am happy to say that in all my seafaring evolutions and 12 years in the Urban Rehabbing field this was my first job related ER visit. Kudos to the staff at AGH Brentwood. I was in and out and very well treated in 30 minutes.

Great hospital wonderful staff they act lik they actually enjoy thier job. Very knowledgeable doctors and yes short wait times; and don't forget you can check in on line and check how long the wait is. How cool is that .if⁵you must go to the emergency room , might as well make it as accommodating as possible. added perks free parking close not miles away. Five stars indeed

They were very quick and thorough they put Staples in my head and gave me an MRI

I am sitting in the room with my wife who WBC count is low. The staff here is excellent. I explained to them that she is in a clinical study at WPH...no drama. Dr Radford is top notch...very through in his assessment. More later. I would further state that Emily, Andre, Jana and the entire staff were top notch. Though I was not happy with the Dx...they all displayed compassion...concern..oh..even the housekeeper was nice...always busy...and not on a cell phone like most places. The place was spotless.
