Dr. Stein and his staff are always friendly and professional. I have had routine colonoscopies every 3-5 years since 1998. Dr. Stein even calls me the next day to check on me . I give Dr. Ira Stein an EXCELLENT 5 star rating !!

Dr. Stein has seen me twice, both times he and his staff were great... explained everything that was about to happen, made sure everything was okay, before releasing me.. He gave me a call with the results and checked on how I was doing.. Who could ask for anything better??

Doctor Stein's nurse screens calls and seldom returns calls in urgent situations. I seldom ever call a doctor unless I am in need of care. She basically told me she screens calls on one appointment. That is not professional. I would fire her.unless she is instructed. She doesn't need to be a nurse.

I was sent to a surgeon of Dr. Stein's recommendation, very disappointedin his choice. Was not able to communicate my problem. I have been seeing Dr. Stein for many years, approx. 8 or more. I have decided it is time for a second opinion.

Dr. Stein has been my gastroenterologist for 8 years now. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Stein and his staff. Short wait times, friendly staff, very detailed, and works with my insurance to make sure I get the care and medications that I need. His nurse and associates are always quick to respond to calls and help me in any way possible.
