I've been in pain since 1992 when I first hyperextended my knee. Then again, while in the army, among additional injuries and a career as a Paramedic. I've been in constant pain. I've tried different things over the years with no relief. I was skeptical about what this would do. First injection in my neck. When I awoke from the procedure, I started crying, which the nurse worried about. I told her the pain was gone. This was a good cry. Then my lower back. It took two rounds for my lower back, but eventually, the result was the same, no more pain. I'm pain-free for the first time since 1992. I would highly recommend Dr. East and staff for your pain management. I can't wait to see how long I remain pain-free.

I have been going to pain management now at this location for some time, and I must say everyone here is very nice and attentive. Even if I am in pain and do not have an appointment, they care enough to let me come in to get seen. The office is always clean and the staff conducts themselves in a very professional manner at all times. I put my full trust in this clinic.Thank God I found this place....thank you John.. and Sylvia ....

Really nice office, great staff. The doctors are very caring and helpful. They have a lot of options to help you other than just pumping you full of pain medication. I would definitely recommend you schedule an appointment if you are experiencing pain and need relief.

Ive been suffering from sciatica pain for 5 months. Tried chiropractic therapy for 4 months however not much help. They recommended pain doctor. Upon research, decided to go with Addison Pain. Dr East and Nurse Alaena offered a couple solutions and with the treatment, the pain level did lowered to a level that allows me to walk my dog. (Before I barely can walk). The customer service at this place is great. Nina and Blake helped a lot. Dr East and Nurse Alsena also been very professional. I would recommend my family or friends to come if they got same issues (But I hope they will never need to go through what I’ve been through). Overall 5 stars for addition pain, thank you.

I've been a patient here for about 13 years now and I've never had such caring Dr's and staff. They are in my opinion the best in their respective discipline. Your not a number to them, your treated like family there, they truly care about you as an individual. I've had several perseudtures done over the years every time with good results. My last with Dr Sylvia for chiropractic, I went in talked about my problem, received an adjustment and been feeling amazing ever since. They truly are the best at what they do. I've been microneedling with PRP at @addisonpain on my face for about 5 months now. These are photos from my most recent time. The day of I'm red, with some bleeding and in slight pain. Day 2-3 my face feels tight and starts to peel. Day 5 my skin starts to glow. Over the last 5 months of doing this once a month, I have been able to decrease my total units of botox and need for a full face of make up. I have seen an increase in fullness, decrease of fine lines and my overall skin tone has improved dramatically.

I have been going to this office for the past 12 years and I can honestly Dr. East runs a quality organization. He is always looking for new ways to help his patients and he is always readily available and accessible when needed. We are relocating to another state later this month and when I informed Dr. East he immediately provided me with referrals of other pain management doctors in the area we will be moving and offered to speak with them at any time. I appreciate this level of service and will miss Dr. East and his staff tremendously. Thank you for 12 years of excellent care and service.

I have been seen by Addison Pain Management for over 4 years. I wouldn't trust any other practice with my injury. Drs. Sylvia Bugarin and John East extend their services beyond expectation and requirement. I am treated like family. I have been seen for rotatory cuff and meniscus tear pain, followed by treatments of epidural injections and a PRP rozotomy. I am now in the recovery phase of my treatment plan. Each and every call was handled with promptness and genuine concern. Even when the waiting room is full, the wait time is minimal. When I walk in, I am greeted by a smiling, welcoming staff. (Most of whom know me and my grandchildren by first name basis) By the time I sit down, I am called in for vitals. I am sent home pain free. They are going to make sure to research known and new ways of treatment until they find what works best for you and your injury. There is no other place I would trust my life to.

Addison pain is simply amazing!!! Dr. East, Sylvia, and staff are so welcoming. They truly evaluate the issue to come up with a solution that will bring relief. I am thankful to have found Addison pain. Thanks for everything.
