Recently my husband was admitted to East Texas Medical Center Regional Healthcare System....From time we were in ER than transfer to a private room my husband and I were treated like royalty...The stuff were very personable and their bedside manners equally superb...Thank you so much taking excellent care of us...I would recommend ETMCRHS to anyone.

Great hospital was a transfer patient with multiple tests needed. They did all of the tests very effectively and timely. Staff was great from the housekeeping to the doctors. Thank you

I was at your Hospital few weeks ago . The service was excellent.... Doctors are very good. They look after their patient very well. I would like to Thanks all the Doctors Infectious Disease who cared for my brother. God Bless you all. ETMC 4 West A Staff are excellent especially Mrs. Ann Floyd Nora Lois Ernie . Thank you so much for all your help . It was a big success and fast recovery. We could not done without you all To Evelyn Hall thank you for giving your time to assist and teach him. What a wonderful staff Ive been here since 5 in the morning and it has been such a pleasure. The facility is spotless and dying this pandemic I really feel safe. They really havent missed a thing and are very thorough.I feel very blessed to come here.

Ive lived a good portion of my last years in hospitals around Tyler and around us with my mom in them. here they have a good balance between rules and practical common sense. I found some hospitals around more like a military no flexibility here their is flexibility as needed when reasonable. staff are always great well almost always mostly. if you have to choose a hospital inTyler this is the best Choice.

The neurology department and the critical care unit was great. Very efficient at getting orders, tests, and treatments done. We had 4 major test -WOW in 3 hours with the results Great Job they are doing here.
