Recovery Unplugged's Online Review Report Card

I was really nervous when first coming to this program but was welcomed with open arms. I cannot pick any one person to shout out because everyone brought something different in a positive way. I recommend Recovery Unplugged to anyone and every one. I am excited to see my family but this place has become my second family.

The staff was very understanding and welcoming from day one. I would strongly recommend this facility to others. I really enjoyed the music aspect of the program.

This place really is prime. We all know that music runs deep in our psychologies, that, as Nietzsche said, "Without music, life would be a mistake". For the recovering addict who also happens to be a musician (like myself), a place like Recovery Unplugged is incredibly beneficial-- but it is equally beneficial to the non-musician. The therapists and staff are kind and understanding, many of whom are recovering addicts themselves. The living situation is remarkably comfortable, and the therapy is nicely balanced with fun and recreation. I would highly recommend this treatment facility to anyone.

My loved one's care while at Recovery Unplugged has been above and beyond what I had imagined. The staff have provided very focused and individualized care. They have been very helpful to us as we are new to the world of substance abuse treatment. They have been available to explain the admissions process, daily/weekly program, and additional options after residential treatment. As a parent, this whole process can be confusing and intimidating, but the RU staff treat everyone with respect and take time to explain their philosophy and program goals. Our whole family has learned a lot during the first leg of the treatment journey and we plan to keep on participating in RU programs to be a part of a community that supports a drug free lifestyle. I had an AMAZING experience at Recovery Unplugged and highly, highly recommend RU for anyone looking to begin or continue their journey to recovery. The quality of their staff as well as their program is unmatched.

Anybody out there that needs the best quality care for addiction recovery unplugged is bar none thee best treatment center I’ve been to. The staff members that you engage with, treat you like family.

I cannot say enough positive things about Recovery Unplugged. I was able to learn so much about addiction and recovery during multiple months of outpatient treatment, which I received at this facility. All of the counselors that I worked with were very kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, intelligent, caring, and personable. I honestly feel that this facility strives to tailor each client's recovery program specifically to each individual, although most of the recovery program is delivered within a group format. The counselors that work here really seem to care about the clients not only within the program, but also after the clients graduate. Nearly a year since I graduated from the program, I still keep in touch with many people who I have met at this facility, both staff and other clients who have become supportive friends. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to grow significantly in my recovery by receiving treatment at Recovery Unplugged. I would not hesitate to recommend Recovery Unplugged to anyone seeking success in life in recovery from drugs and/or alcohol.

If you are suffering from addiction not only will this place help you with that but also scratch the surface of WHY you are even addicted whether it is biological, situational, or both. The staff are all absolute gems and the community I have built with everyone there will last a life time. If you are having any reservations just curb them and go. You have nothing but your entire life back to gain!

RU is the best addiction treatment center there is. The program is personal and caring with a smaller group of people compared to other rehabs. The staff are accommodating and kind with many being former addicts themselves who are able to truly empathize with whatever you're going through. The music therapy aspect was very cool especially as a musician myself and I enjoyed listening to new music as well as jamming out with some fellow patients! I had a one of a kind experience and have been given the tools to continue my life of sobriety.P.S. Melod rules and is pretty good at skateboarding
