Light Dental Studios Of Puyallup's Online Review Report Card

We've been patients at Light Dental Studios for 11 years and right from the start my family knew we had the best dentists around. I cannot emphasize how much the doctors and staff care about their patients. My mom and I have some serious teeth issues due to genetics, so we've had a lot of work done, meaning we've spent quite a bit of time getting to know everyone. One of my concerns when I went to WWU in Bellingham was finding a dentist up there. I ended up driving three hours to get to Puyallup so I could go to my appointments. To me, it was worth it to have someone who knew me and understood my particular case. I have two big bridges for my upper and lower teeth. People don't even know - they literally can't tell! Light Dental Studios helped me gain the confidence I was lacking as a teen by recreating my smile. While at school, I got really sick. What had started as some sensitivity was now pain and I realized my face was swollen. I had an appointment the next week since we thought it was just a cavity, but my mom told me I should see if they could get me in sooner. I called Dr. Dunn's personal cell phone number on a Sunday night and she fit me in the next day. The NEXT day. Her PERSONAL phone. On a SUNDAY night. Who has a doctor that does that? That answers the phone to a crying, panicked 18 year old. I drove home that night and was seen for an emergency root canal first thing the next morning. Now, in my 20s, I've recommended everyone come here. Friends, family, coworkers, strangers at the store. Teresa and Elysia in the front, Cindy and Candice the hygienists, and Dr. Broughton and Dr. Dunn have all seen me grow up. Over the years, I've gotten to meet everyone else and can only recommend them more. All the doctors are fantastic, the assistants are wonderful, and the front is amazing. The best part is that they have specialists so I was able to get my braces and implant done without having to go anywhere else! Now it's my mom's turn for braces. I cannot thank Light Dental Studios enough. They have truly become part of our family.

I lost a crown on Christmas wkend, able to get an appt quickly and we can save the tooth! Kyle and Sydney were professional , friendly and helpful, did X-rays and gave me a treatment plan! THNX to them both.

Every time I go for a dental appointment, the entire staff consistently make me feel so welcomed and valued as a patient. They invariably greet me with a smile.This sets such a calming tone for any upcoming dental procedures. These professional folks make a point of getting to know each patient, and they remember your responses from previous appointments. After each visit, I always feel as if I have been pampered with a spa treatment. Thanks to the preventative care I have received from Dr. Gossler and his team, I continue to experience excellent dental health. The "goody bag" that we receive at the end of each appointment leaves us patients with a reminder of how much these people care for us. And the encouraging words we receive from the ladies in the office as we complete each visit help to carry us through the rest of the day. Who would ever expect trips to the dental office to be so enjoyable?

Everyone is so kind, beginning at the front desk. Today I saw Dr Mei. She was amazing. She asked me several times if I was doing ok. I appreciate that. Unfortunately I do not remember the nurse’s name but she was super nice also. Both of them are very knowledgeable. I will recommend Light Dental to everyone.

I am a teacher and had the Light Dental Studios tooth fairy come to my classroom to talk about dental hygiene. The LDS team did an amazing job coordinating, planning, and providing an environment that promoted all children to learn about their teeth. The tooth fairy took her time to read the kids a story and did so engaging the children with questions. She took her time with each child and did not rush through their questions. More importantly, during her visit she was able to accommodate 4 kindergarten classrooms and 3 special education rooms. The Light Dental Studios team is phenomenal and I look forward to many years of tooth fairy visits.
